What we’re looking for

We are looking for a creative and data-driven VP of Marketing to manage our marketing department and be part of our management team, reporting to the COO/CRO.

Job Description

As the VP Marketing, you will work closely with our leadership team on building and executing our marketing strategy, tasked with lead generation, marketing funnel optimization, growing brand awareness and management of internal & external marketing resources.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for annual marketing plan, budget and team.
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials.
  • Lead and manage internal & external marketing resources and proactively seek to optimize results through content and activities across multiple channels.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
  • Develop and manage performance of campaigns on CPC, CPM and CPA models. Monitor KPIs including CPL, conversion, ROI, etc.
  • Oversee the lead generation funnel including optimization of creatives, texts, website, etc.
  • Work closely with the sales to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Build relationships with media & industry stakeholders to increase brand awareness and promote business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in leading a marketing team in a startup company.
  • 5+ years of experience in the marketing field.
  • BSc in a relevant field.
  • Passion for online marketing and experience in managing online campaigns.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, marketing, funnel & sales management tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Very proficient in English.
